Julliet Tigere has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency medical services. Julliet started their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Medical Air Rescue Services (MARS) in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Following that, they joined Rock Foundation Medical Centre as an Emergency Medical Technician from 2010 to 2011. In 2018, Julliet worked as an EMC lecturer at the Emergency Medical Rescue College (EMRC). After that, they served as an Operations Manager at TAC PULSE RESPONSE SERVICES for a brief period of time in 2019. Julliet then joined SA Paramedics as an ALS paramedic in the same year. Currently, Julliet is working as a Critical Care Paramedic at Iqarus, starting from February 2021.
Julliet Tigere's education history begins in 2001 when they attended the University of Zimbabwe and obtained a Diploma of Education in the field of Education, which they completed in 2004. In 2012, they enrolled at Cape Peninsula University of Technology where they pursued a degree in Emergency Care with a focus on Health and Wellness, General, and completed their studies in 2013. Julliet continued their education at the same university and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Emergency Medical Care, specializing in Emergency Care.
In addition to their formal education, Julliet Tigere has also obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they completed the International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) course offered by the International Trauma Life Support organization. In May 2020, they obtained the Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Julliet also completed the BOSIET (OPITO) course provided by OPITO in June 2020.
Furthermore, Julliet Tigere has acquired additional certifications in 2020 and 2021. These certifications include Aviation for Healthcare Providers (AHPC) from Claassen and Claassen (Pretoria), EF Standard English Test (EF SET) from EF Standard English Test, and Night Vision Goggles (NVGS) from the Federal Aviation Administration, all obtained in December 2020. Julliet also acquired the Seaman's Book certification from the South African Maritime Safety Authority in January 2021.
