Mohamed Adel has diverse work experience in various industries. Mohamed started their career as a Sales Executive at Al Ashraf for foods S.A.E. where they focused on maximizing customer and client satisfaction. Mohamed then joined Etisalat as a Customer Service Representative, TL in charge, where they determined customer requirements and resolved problems. Mohamed later worked at Gloria Hotel, initially as a Guest Service Agent, where they provided excellent customer service and solved guest problems. Mohamed then progressed to the role of Front Office Shift Leader and later became a Front Office Supervisor, where they ensured smooth operations and efficient running of the hotel. Mohamed then joined International SOS as an International Operations Coordinator, managing cases efficiently and exceeding expectations in providing assistance to members and clients. Currently, they are working at Iqarus also as an International Operations Coordinator, where they handle incoming calls, monitors staff movement, and continuously improves operations support center processes. Throughout their career, Mohamed has demonstrated professionalism and a can-do attitude in delivering exceptional service.

Mohamed Adel completed their education at Ain Shams University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a License of Law degree in the field of Law. Prior to their university education, they attended El Nozha Language School from 2001 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
