An extensive background in the hospitality industry includes positions as Quality Manager, Reservations Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent at Accor, where key responsibilities involved enhancing guest experiences and optimizing operational performance. Oleksandra holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Harvard University and has multiple degrees from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, including a Master's in Hotel & Restaurant Business and a Bachelor's in Financial Law.
