Sohan Hosen

Sohan Hosen has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Sohan started as a Medical Assistant at Amader Hospital & Diagnostic Centre in January 2016, where they focused on patient monitoring and emergency procedures. From February 2016 to November 2019, they worked as a Lecturer at Monowara Anowara Nursing Institute, where they focused on teaching and motivating students. Hosen then served as the Hospital In charge/Duty Manager at Moimuna Mata Shishu Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020, where they were responsible for managing indoor and outdoor patients and providing leadership. In 2020, Hosen joined the International Rescue Committee as a Paramedic, where they assessed patient conditions and determined appropriate treatment. Currently, in 2021, they are a Medical Admin at Iqarus, where they schedule and manages patient appointments.

Sohan Hosen began their education in 2012 at Anowara Medical Assistant Training Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Medical Faculty specializing in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Sohan attended this institution until 2015. In 2016, Sohan Hosen enrolled at The First Capital University of Bangladesh, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Health. Sohan completed this program in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Sohan Hosen has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they became a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. Sohan also holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), obtained in October 2021 and August 2021 respectively. These certifications indicate their expertise in emergency medical procedures and life support techniques.

Furthermore, as part of their professional development, Sohan Hosen attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2021 to participate in an Executive Program focused on Human Resources Analytics. This program likely provided him with specialized knowledge and skills in the field of human resources.
