Jonathan Hawes

Jonathan Hawes, CRM, is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in records management and digital content delivery. As the Owner of Select Documents, LLC since January 2008, Jonathan consults with companies on designing systems for storing and accessing electronic records. In the role of Digital Team Leader at IQBG Inc since November 2015, responsibilities include recruiting team members, training personnel in imaging and quality control, and overseeing project outputs. Jonathan has also contributed as VP of Programs for ARMA International, where leadership was provided in developing monthly programming, and as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, teaching a course on economic cycles. Prior to these roles, Jonathan spent over two decades at USDA-NRCS as a Computer Model Business Area Specialist and Agronomist, focusing on agricultural pollution analysis and land conservation practices. Jonathan holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Agronomy from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Agricultural Science from the same institution.
