Hugues Marchand

Hugues Marchand is currently serving as Sr Director at IQE, where Hugues oversees group product engineering and U.S. GaN technology. With a background in engineering physics and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Marchand has held various senior roles in companies such as Ramgoss Inc., Applied Materials, and Micron Technology. Throughout their career, Hugues has been instrumental in process development, yield improvement, cost reduction, and the ramping up of production lines for different technological products. Marchand's expertise also extends to database applications for data processing and pass/fail analysis.
