Tim Lewis-Roberts

Tim Lewis-Roberts is a VCSEL product engineer at IQE since December 2018, bringing extensive research experience from The University of Sheffield, where Tim served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate from May 2017 to November 2018. Tim's background includes multiple summer internships at The University of Sheffield, focusing on metal organic vapour phase epitaxy growth and photonic crystal surface emitting laser device characterization. Tim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in semiconductor growth, fabrication, and characterization, as well as a Master of Engineering (MEng) in microelectronics, both obtained from The University of Sheffield.
