Ric Shreves

Ric Shreves serves as President of the Decentralized Cooperation Foundation since March 2022, focusing on building human cooperation mechanisms through secure computing and cryptography. Concurrently, Ric is involved in special projects at iqlusion and previously held significant roles at AID:Tech, Mercy Corps, and the Libra Association. Ric’s progression at Mercy Corps included positions such as Director of Emerging Technology and Senior Advisor for Technology for Development. As an entrepreneur, Ric owned water&stone, providing digital marketing consultancy, and co-founded Coin Academy, a digital currency learning platform. Ric has authored multiple publications related to web development and optimization across various prestigious publishers. Academic credentials include a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law and a BA in Music from St. Mary's University.
