Jani Heikkinen

Jani Heikkinen has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jani started their career at VTT as a Seasonal Trainee before moving to Nokia Networks where they worked as a Seasonal Trainee and later as a Master Thesis Student. Jani then joined Ericsson as a SW Designer and subsequently worked at Nokia as a Senior SW Designer, Specialist in Compatibility Management, and Specialist in Interface Management. After their tenure at Nokia, Jani worked at IE Business School as an MBA student, focusing on operations, strategy, and marketing. Following their MBA, Jani joined Txtr as a Senior Project & Product Manager. Jani later joined Intel Corporation, where they held various roles including Sales Development Account Manager, Liberty Global EMEA Account Director, and Global Account Executive / Influencing Sales Manager. Jani's most recent position is at IQM Quantum Computers, where they have worked as the Head of Business Development and Country Director of IQM Quantum Computers Spain. Jani has also held the position of Country Manager for IQM Spain since May 2022.

Jani Heikkinen completed an International MBA degree at IE Business School from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Oulu from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, they had an exchange program experience in Computer Science at Leipzig University from 1998 to 1999. Jani also obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to Quantum Cryptography" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Intel - Cloud Fundamentals" from Intel Corporation in 2020, "AI Hardware, Software, and Solutions" from Intel Corporation in 2020, and "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki in 2018.
