Raghu (Raghunath) Koduvayur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raghu (Raghunath) currently serves as the Vice President, Asia Pacific at IQM Quantum Computers, where they are responsible for setting up the Asia Pacific business and achieving sales targets. Raghu (Raghunath) has also played a key role in establishing IQM as the European leader in quantum computing as the Head of Global Marketing and Communications. Additionally, Raghu serves as a Board Member for the Finnish Business Council Singapore and the Finland-India Business Association, working to develop relations and promote partnership opportunities. Raghu (Raghunath) is also known for their public speaking and thought leadership, being invited to speak at various international events and contributing to thought leadership publications. In their previous roles, Raghu has held leadership, investment, and advisory positions for startups and SMEs, including serving as the Founder and CEO of Shoppire. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Head of Customer Sell-in Asia Pacific Region and Global Product Marketing Life Cycle Manager for Lumia devices. Raghu (Raghunath) Koduvayur's education history includes a full-time MBA in People Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, completed from 2005 to 2007. In 2020, they pursued a second MBA in Leading Business Transformation and Digital Businesses at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Raghu (Raghunath) also completed an Executive Leadership program at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education in 2017 and an Executive program in International Marketing at INSEAD in 2013.
