The leadership team at IQM Quantum Computers has experience in a variety of industries and educational backgrounds. Some members have experience with the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC) and the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). Others have experience in digital leadership, software modelling, and project management. Additionally, the team has founding experience and research expertise in quantum computing from universities such as Aalto University, the Technical University of Munich, and Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
