Anthony Ferguson

Anthony Ferguson is an experienced operations manager currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at iQor since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing call center teams to deliver top-tier technical support and customer service, overseeing 120 agents and 7 supervisors.
