Bill Decker

Bill Decker is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the collections and call center industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at iQor since January 2019, Bill focuses on program oversight, recruiting, and staff development while prioritizing client relationships. Previously, as Director of Collections at Gila LLC, Bill managed a significant portfolio of over 400 clients, strategically overseeing daily operations and staff development. Bill's background includes roles such as General Manager at Radius Global Solutions LLC, Operations Manager at Encore Capital Group, and Vice President at NCO Financial Systems, where responsibilities included managing large teams, developing operational strategies, and fostering client relationships. Bill began a career in telecommunications with the U.S. Coast Guard and is an alumnus of Tompkins Cortland Community College.
