Bob Baertlein

Bob Baertlein has extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Accounts Receivable Management sectors. Since October 2010, Bob has served as Vice President at iQor, focusing on credit and collections. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Assistant Vice President at Receivable Management Services from July 2005 to March 2011, managing a BPO center with over 700 agents and multiple strategic customer relationships. Earlier in Bob's career, from 1998 to 2005, Bob was Director at Dun & Bradstreet, overseeing significant customer accounts in the US and Canada, including a major account with more than 170 associates and over $600 million in receivables. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
