Dawn Cruz

Dawn Cruz is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the customer service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at iQor since October 2021, Dawn has held senior leadership roles at STARTEK and Sykes Enterprises, where roles included Sr. Director and Director of Operations. Dawn's career began at TTEC, progressing through various positions such as Director of Global Operations and Senior Operations Manager over a twelve-year tenure. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2002 and 2005.
