Grace Garay

Grace Garay is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the recruitment field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at iQor since May 2019, Grace has previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Sutherland from August 2014 to May 2019, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Transcom for a brief period in 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Recruitment Manager at Sykes from September 2000 to October 2013, and HR Staff at Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
