Carla Owen is an experienced strategic human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Clinical Services EMEA at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Carla implements innovative HR strategies within the Pharma Services Group.
