Karen Coombs

Karen Coombs is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at IQPC since July 2009. Prior to this role, Karen was an Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP from January 2000 to March 2009, focusing on general commercial, securities, and financial services litigation, with specialties including non-competition and employee/employer litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and appellate work. Karen's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Covington & Burling from September 1996 to December 1998 in general commercial litigation and insurance advisory, and as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Max M. Rosenn at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals from September 1995 to August 1996. Karen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law (1995) and has a dual degree from Barnard College and Columbia University (1991).
