Katherine Vasquez

Katherine Vasquez has a strong background in telecommunications and project management. Katherine started their career as an intern at Ericsson, where they developed a design for a GSM Base Station. Katherine then worked as a Site Engineer, conducting site surveys and coordinating installations for 2G/3G base stations. Katherine later transitioned into the role of Network Engineer, responsible for optimizing network performance and capacity analysis for various operators. Katherine then joined Huawei as a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer, where they worked on swap and modernization projects and ensured the performance of mobile networks for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies. Katherine also held roles as Network Performance Manager, Single Point of Contact, and Senior Network Engineer at Ericsson, where they oversaw team assignments, managed client requirements, and led implementation teams for network audit and optimization projects. In their most recent role as a Project Manager at Iquall Networks, Katherine oversees project delivery and office operations. Overall, Katherine Vasquez has extensive experience in project management, network optimization, and team leadership in the telecommunications industry.

Katherine Vasquez obtained their Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Univerdad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2022, the Chopra Total Well-Being Coach certification from Chopra Global in May 2022, and two Iquall Network Automation Associate (INAA) certifications from Iquall Networks in January 2023.
