Shikha Talwar

Shikha Talwar is a data scientist with a robust background in developing machine learning solutions and analytics. Currently at iQuanti since October 2021, Shikha builds solutions utilizing digital data and machine learning. Previously at Cummins Inc. from August 2018 to October 2021, Shikha collaborated with the data science team to create machine learning and deep learning models aimed at predicting failures and optimizing customer-specific solutions. An internship at Boeing International Corporation India Pvt Ltd. involved creating an attrition model using supervised classification algorithms, achieving 75% accuracy. Earlier experience includes an internship at Mactores Inc., where Shikha developed a recommendation engine for Netflix using collaborative filtering techniques. Shikha holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management Science (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Delhi University (2012-2015).
