Nasim Shah

Nasim Shah has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. They started their career in 2006 as a Sr. C.C.E at Convergys India Services. Pvt Ltd. In 2013, they joined iQuasar, LLC as a Recruitment Professional, where they were responsible for hiring IT professionals for various projects and assignments. They worked with notable companies such as Comcast, USPTO, VA state, Monsanto, MasterCard, and more. From 2014 to 2015, Nasim worked as an IT Recruiter at Mindlance. In 2016, they joined Aditi Staffing as a Sr. Technical Recruiter before moving to ALTEN Calsoft Labs, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Lead and Team Lead from 2016 to 2019. Currently, since 2020, Nasim is working as a Senior Team Lead Recruitment at iQuasar, LLC.

Nasim Shah completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Kashmir. This education was obtained from 2009 to 2011.
