Himani Kapoor

Himani Kapoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and support. Currently serving as a Product Support Manager at Google since August 2023, Himani represents the voice of the customer to various internal teams to enhance product quality. As the Founder of iQueue 365, Himani leads the development of mobile applications across diverse categories. Previous roles include Product Manager at Google Fiber, where product roadmaps and new features were developed, and Product Support Lead at Google, focusing on user experience improvements. Earlier experience includes a Product Owner position at Wipro Limited, where significant features for Aircel Telecommunication were launched, and software development tasks for internal projects. Himani holds a Master of Computer Applications from Guru Nanak Dev University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from APJ College of Fine Arts Jalandhar.
