Azadeh Keivani

Azadeh Keivani is an accomplished educator and data scientist currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Barnard College and a Senior Data Scientist Consultant at IQumulus®. As a Co-founder and Executive Director of Digital Age Academy, Azadeh promotes accessible STEM education for youth. Previous roles include Senior Data Scientist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where significant advancements in cardiac disease detection and cancer care were achieved. Azadeh has held academic positions at Columbia University as a Lecturer in the Discipline of Physics and as a Research Mentor at the American Museum of Natural History. With a strong academic background in astrophysics, including postdoctoral training at Penn State University and a PhD from Louisiana State University, Azadeh has made notable contributions to multidisciplinary projects throughout the field.
