Rhian Morris

Rhian Morris, Chartered MCIPD and AMInstLM, serves as the HR Business Partner and Manager of HR Operations at IQUW since August 2018. Previously, Rhian held the position of HR Business Partner at ERS from July 2018 to October 2022, and prior to that, spent over two decades at Tesco PLC, advancing from customer service and team leadership roles to the role of People Manager. Throughout this career, Rhian effectively managed HR operations, focusing on reducing staff attrition through strategic recruitment, selection, leadership, motivation, and engagement of personnel across multiple stores. Rhian holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from Trinity College Carmarthen, University of Wales, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
