Jenni Holleran

Jenni Holleran has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the North America Business Unit at IQVIA from September 2020 to November 2024. Prior to this role, Jenni held various senior HR positions at GE Aviation from August 2015 to September 2020 and GE Healthcare from October 2003 to August 2015, including Senior HR Leader at the Durham Engines Facility and HR Business Partner for various divisions. Early in her career, Jenni worked as a project leader in Compensation & Benefits and managed HR for the Americas Service organization. Jenni also took a career pause from August 2007 to October 2010 to focus on family as a stay-at-home mom. Jenni holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
