Matt Guarino

Matt Guarino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Global Clinical Talent Acquisition at IQVIA since September 2016. In this role, Matt is a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, focusing on the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive global markets. Prior to joining IQVIA, Matt held leadership positions at Publicis Health as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, and at Yoh, managing various roles in talent acquisition. Matt began a career in recruiting as an Enterprise Recruiter at Aerotek. Matt holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
