Brandy Bloom

Brandy Bloom is an experienced HR professional with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the HR Recruitment Manager at Evangelical Community Hospital since September 2022, Brandy previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Bucknell University from 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and managing talent acquisition specialists. Prior experience includes a decade at RPA Inc. as Director for Executive Recruitment, providing consulting services to various institutions and organizations, and a role as Sports Information Intern at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in early 2005. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
