Ricardo Aldama

Ricardo Aldama is an experienced designer currently serving as an Experience Designer at IQVIA since August 2021, where involvement in the Solution Design Studio focuses on creating technological solutions for the health sector. Previously, Ricardo held positions as a UI/UX Designer at INOWU Development, leading the Design Area and prioritizing user needs from January 2021 to September 2023, and as a User Experience Designer for the Tauruseer Platform from September 2022 to June 2023, collaborating with a multidisciplinary international team. Prior experience includes an internship at IBM in the Global Business Services Area, where Ricardo contributed to IT Advisory projects using Salesforce technologies. Ricardo holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2020.
