Sajan Franco

Sajan Franco is an experienced software development consultant currently employed at Q² Solutions since June 2019, focusing on the integration of Illumina TrusightTumor 170 and TrusightOrchestrator 500 into the NGS pipeline. With a robust career in project management and IT consulting across multiple organizations, Sajan has held significant roles at UVJ Technologies, Genomind, PowerSchool Group LLC, Beckman Coulter, Knome Inc, PerkinElmer, CambridgeSoft, Satyam, and News Digital Media. Expertise includes automation of functional test cases, development of bioinformatics databases, and support for genomic analysis platforms utilizing various technologies including AWS, Slurm Grid, and Sun Grid Engine. Sajan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sacred Heart College.
