Donna Williams

At IR, Donna leads the People function with an aim to further strengthen the culture. She is responsible for the company’s global HR strategy, including workforce development, talent management, leadership/management development, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Having joined in December 2022. Donna brings to IR two decades of HR experience across Australia, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. She has worked across HR disciplines including HR Operations, Capability Leadership, Organizational Development, Business Expansion, Workforce Strategy, Performance Development, Compensation and Benefits, Culture & Talent Management, Health & Safety.

In the past, Donna has held global leadership roles with medium to large multi-national publicly listed companies in multiple industry sectors including information technology and software, mining and resources, oil and gas, and aviation.

Donna has an executive master’s in Business Administration and a graduate diploma in Project Management.
