Alec Shaul

Alec Shaul is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in property accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as an Acquisition Intern at IRA Capital since April 2023, Alec previously held the position of Senior Property Accountant at Westwood Financial and BOYD/SMITH, INC., where responsibilities included creating financial reports and collaborating with property managers. Earlier career experiences include roles as Staff Accountant at CBRE/New England, Production Finance and Grants Management Intern at WGBH, Real Estate Accounting Intern at NSBN LLP, and Partnerships Intern at THE ICONIC. Alec holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a BBA in Accounting and Business/Management from Boston University.
