Craig Bickel

Craig Bickel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Craig currently holds the position of Director of Delivery Services at Dynamic Specialties Group (DSG), starting in June 2022. In this role, they oversee a team of client-facing consulting support services staff and ensures that professional service engagements are delivered to DSG clients according to high standards. Craig collaborates with the executive team to meet contractual services and implement a culture of continuous improvement. Craig previously worked as a Project Manager at DSG from June 2021 to June 2022, where they supported small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofit associations, and the federal government by integrating and automating their sales processes using Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms.

Before joining DSG, Craig worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at IRALOGIX starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Project Production Manager at Power Home Remodeling from November 2017 to July 2021. In this role, they managed project production activities for residential remodeling projects.

Craig's earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Animal Care Specialist at Busch Gardens Tampa from April 2011 to November 2017. At Zoo to You, another division of Busch Gardens, they served as Supervisor of Animal Training from May 2007 to April 2011. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in animal care and training.

Craig Bickel's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Bradford Area. Craig completed their general education at this institution in 2001.

In 2012, they enrolled at Hillsborough Community College, where they pursued Psychology. Craig successfully completed their studies there in 2015, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Psychology.

Additionally, Craig Bickel has obtained two certifications from Salesforce. In February 2022, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) designation, followed by the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in March 2022. Both certifications were granted by Salesforce.
