Azadeh Entezari has extensive experience in various managerial roles at Iran Standard & Quality Inspection, where Azadeh has been employed since March 2002. Azadeh has held positions such as Head of Service Improvement Projects, Head of Service Marketing & Consultancy, and Vehicle Emission Expert. Currently, Azadeh serves as the Communications Manager, Business Development Manager, and Market & Product Development Manager. Azadeh's responsibilities have included implementing new instructions in service departments, evaluating service indexes, managing customer care projects, and providing consultation in management systems.

Iran Standard & Quality Inspection (ISQI)

With the aim of providing technical, engineering, consulting and research services, “Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company"​, also known as ISQI, was founded to promoting the quality of products and protection of consumer rights, formulation of standards required by industries and supervising the proper implementation of projects and proper providing of services in 1989. Furthermore, in order to enhance the accuracy and speed of researches, the ISQI’s call center has been founded in 2010 as the largest call center and opinion survey in Iran. This call center has the capability of interviewing with 18,000 individuals per day. It also equipped to 5 digital phones as well as SMS system. In addition, Vehicle Pollution Testing & Research Center of the ISQI, as an independent center from automakers and related industries, and as an executive unit of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade as well as a trustee laboratory of Department of Environment has the responsibility of Implementation of the pollution standards in the country. As a formal reference and with respect to confidentiality and information protection of customers, the results of the center activities are considered valid by the decision making centers of the country.
