Jordan Harris

Jordan Harris has a diverse work experience history. From 2019, they worked at Irby Co., starting as a Branch Manager and later becoming a District Manager for Mobile, AL, Pensacola, FL, and Gulfport, MS. Jordan also held the role of Regional Vice President. Throughout their tenure, they served as a strategic business partner to various business segments, managing a team and overseeing programs related to workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, cultural change, and organizational design. Prior to Irby Co., Jordan served as an HR Business Partner for Commercial & Industrial Sales and Operations at Irby Co. from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they provided performance management guidance and ensured legal compliance. Jordan also held the position of HR Generalist, where they oversaw company programs and supported the VP of HR with philanthropic initiatives at Irby Co. Jordan also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at United Way Worldwide starting in 2018.

Jordan Harris completed a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Psychology with a minor in English and Political Science from the University of Mississippi, from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also studied Political Science and Government at The International School Innsbruck in Austria for a year. They went on to pursue a Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Belhaven University, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Jordan obtained certifications in CPR/AED and Disaster Services Operation from the American Red Cross in April 2014.
