Shawn West started their work experience in 2000 at HD Supply as an Account Manager, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Irby Co. as the Director of Sales - Florida. In February 2020, Shawn West was promoted to the role of Vice President - Sales & Operations / Utility East Region at Irby Co.

Shawn West completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Florida. Shawn attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
