Massimo Garavaglia

Massimo Garavaglia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Massimo started their career as the Country Manager at Callebaut Italia S.p.a. in 1993 and held that role until 1996. Massimo then joined Barry Callebaut Group and took on multiple positions, including Sales Director, President of Food Manufacturers BU, President of Americas, President of Western Europe, and finally President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In 2020, Garavaglia became the Chief Executive Officer of De'Longhi Group before moving on to become the Chief Executive Officer of IRCA S.p.A. in 2022.

From 1985 to 1990, Massimo Garavaglia attended Bocconi University in Milan. Massimo studied Business/Economics during this time, however, their degree is not specified.
