Toby Sparwasser Soroka

Toby Sparwasser Soroka is an experienced professional in the fields of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and business development. Currently serving as a member of the Business & Impact Council at the International Research Center on Artificial Intelligence under UNESCO, Toby is involved in advancing AI initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As the BD Lead and Head of Fun at Briink, Toby contributes to the firm’s mission to enhance ESG efforts through AI, following a role as a Venture Architect at Merantix where Toby helped launch Briink. Previous roles include research at Corporate Knights focused on clean capitalism, digital sales management at Solace, co-founding the Black Box event series, and conducting applied research and fundraising for Radio Dabanga. Toby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Maastricht and plans to pursue an MSc in Climate Change, Management, and Finance at Imperial College London starting September 2024.
