Arpita Sarkar

Arpita Sarkar is a researcher with experience at IRCAN - Institute for Research on Cancer and Aging in Nice, specializing in Oxford Nanopore Sequencing. Prior to this, Arpita held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at IRCAN and GReD, where Arpita worked on genetic research projects. Arpita also obtained their PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology. Additionally, Arpita was part of an Indo-French collaboration project studying gene regulation using Drosophila as a model organism.
