Kapil Malhotra

Kapil Malhotra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in the Human Resource department at Ircon International Ltd., a government undertaking of India, since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kapil was the HR Manager at India Post Payments Bank from 2017 to September 2021, and worked as an HR Officer at OBC India from 2015 to 2017. Kapil began a career in banking as an Officer at Allahabad Bank from July 2011 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University (2004-2007) and a Master of Business Administration from the Delhi Productivity Council Institute of Management (2008-2010). Education was completed at Hans Raj Model School from 1994 to 2004.
