Dragan Kostadinov

Dragan Kostadinov is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in regional management across Southeast Europe, Turkey, and Central Asia. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Southeast Europe at IRD Engineering since July 2021, Dragan previously held significant leadership roles at Eptisa from April 2007 to June 2021, including Director for Southeast Europe, Turkey and Central Asia, and Deputy Director/Country Manager for Serbia and Montenegro. Dragan's career also includes a tenure as Head of the Infrastructure Department and as a Structural Engineer at MOSTPROJEKT from June 2002 to March 2007. Dragan began the professional journey as a Junior Engineer at Energoprojekt-Entel in 2001. Dragan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, which was attained at the University of Belgrade between 1993 and 2001.
