Amanda Rooney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amanda is currently working at Irdeto as the Global Talent Manager & Employer Branding. Prior to this, they worked at Ekata, a Mastercard company, where they held two positions. Amanda also gained experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley and as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Recruit First IT. Amanda began their career at Telefónica Ireland, where they worked as a Business Communications Consultant and later as a Business Account Manager. Overall, Amanda has a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employer brand management.
Amanda Rooney attended Edinburgh College from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2018, they also earned the certification of Associate CIPD from the CIPD institution. Additionally, in June 2014, they received the LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification from the LinkedIn Certification institution.
