Inês Silvestre

Inês Silvestre's work experience includes roles as an HR Analytics Specialist at Irdeto, where they create dashboards, generates reports, and develops automations for data manipulation. Inês also worked as part of the People Analytics team at NOS SGPS from February 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at NOS SGPS as a Corporate - Data Scientist, where they explored and reported on customers' mobility data and developed classification algorithms. Inês also worked as a Quality of Service - Data Analyst, handling ETL processes, classification algorithms, and data exploration and reporting. Inês gained experience as a Monitor of Transversal Competences for Science and Technology (CTCT) at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCT NOVA, and had a role in the Department of Training and Education at ANEEB - Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Engenharia Biomédica. Inês also served as the Main Organizer of EBEC Challenge Almada 2018 at BEST Almada. In addition, they completed an internship at Centro de Medicina de Reabilitação de Alcoitão.

Inês Silvestre completed a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at NOVA School of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2019.
