Livhuwani Sumbana

Livhuwani Sumbana began their work experience in 2013 as an Oracle DBA at Bussines connexion. They then joined SuperSport in 2016 as a Satellite Coordinator, before moving to MultiChoice in the same year. At MultiChoice, they initially worked in Operations from February 2016 to July 2017, and later transitioned to the role of Technology Engineer from July 2017 to March 2023. Currently, Livhuwani Sumbana holds the position of Software Integration Engineer at Irdeto starting from January 2023.

Livhuwani Sumbana pursued a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Informatics at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2016 to 2021, focusing on IT. In 2019 to 2020, Sumbana attended Crainefield College, studying project management. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, Sumbana studied computer systems networking and telecommunications at Vaal University of Technology, earning a national diploma in computer engineering. Before that, Sumbana attended Ndarieni from 2004 to 2008, although no degree or field of study is specified.

Livhuwani Sumbana has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022, VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization in December 2021 from VMware, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2021, and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in April 2013.
