Phylin Png has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Phylin is currently working as a Demand Generation Manager, APAC at Irdeto and its subsidiary Denuvo. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Coohom. Phylin has also held positions at voestalpine High Performance Metals Pacific as a Digital Marketing & CRM Executive, Sennheiser as a Digital Marketing & CRM Assistant Manager, and FrieslandCampina AMEA as a CRM Specialist. Phylin has also worked as a Marketing Manager at Zap Delivery. In the earlier years of their career, they served as a Program Executive at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports, and as a Customer Relationship Management Executive at F J Benjamin.

Phylin Png completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, eCommerce, and Information Systems at The University of Western Australia from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls," "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit," "Practical HTML for Marketing Projects," "SEO Foundations," and a "Google Analytics Certification" obtained in 2017.
