Kimberley Brand

Kimberley Brand's work experience begins with a role as a Stagiair at TUI Nederland in 2012. Kimberley then worked as a Cateringmedewerker at HMSHost Schiphol Airport from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Nike Factory Store Amsterdam as a Sales Representative, where they worked part-time and gained valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and responsibility.

In 2014, Kimberley returned to TUI Nederland as a Stagiair. Kimberley then went on to work as a Junior HR Assistant at Renault Nederland from 2017 to 2017. During the same year, they also worked as a Junior HR Consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip, where they contributed to providing tailored advice to clients.

In 2018, Kimberley held the roles of HR-medewerker and HR afstudeerstagiaire at AMC Medical Research BV. Kimberley then served as an Online HR adviseur at Raet from 2018 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, Kimberley worked as a Medewerker HR Support & Administratie at Olympia. Currently, they are employed at IRECKONU as a Medior HR Officer and HR Generalist.

Kimberley Brand obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, they attended MBO College Airport from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Manager Verkoper Reizen niv. 4 (Manager Seller Travel). In terms of additional certifications, Kimberley received a Cursus Ergocoach - beeldschermwerk (Ergocoach Course - Screen Work) from ArboNed in October 2021, as well as a Cursus Preventiemedewerker (Prevention Officer Course) from the same institution in September 2021. Furthermore, they completed the Scholing Opleidingscommissies (Training Education Committees) at Hogeschool van Amsterdam | Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in January 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Manager Verkoop Reizen niveau 4 (Manager Seller Travel level 4) certification from ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland in July 2013, and a TUI Traineeship Certificaat from TUI Netherlands in May 2012.
