Shelby Koch

Shelby Koch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and case management. As the Owner of The Black Cow since May 2019, Shelby has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. In addition, Shelby serves as the Administrator for Vigo County Homes for Children and has held the position of Home Based Case Manager at Ireland Home Based Services since May 2016. Prior experience includes work as a Newborn Hearing Screener at Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc. from February 2015 to May 2016, and an internship at Chances and Services for Youth in 2015. Shelby Koch holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Indiana State University, completed in 2016.
