Liliose Nyinawinkindi has a background in sales and marketing, with experience at CarMax as a Senior Sales Manager and later as Director of Sales and Marketing at Golden Tulip La Palisse Kigali Hotel. Currently, at Irembo, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience and Service Distribution, where they oversee strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences and efficient service distribution. Liliose Nyinawinkindi previously worked at KCB Bank Rwanda Ltd as a Customer Experience Manager. They graduated from Saint Peter's University with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System and Marketing Management.
