Andrey Timoshenko is currently serving as the Chief of Human Resources at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). Prior to his current role, Andrey held various human resources positions at UNRWA, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), World Health Organization, and UNDP. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Leicester, a Global Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute, and a Professional Diploma in Management from Plekhanov's Russian Academy of Economics. Andrey also earned a Master's degree in Linguistics with a minor in Education from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
