Manolo Guillen

Manolo Guillen has a diverse work experience in the fields of government affairs, human trafficking prevention, and child protection. Currently, they serve as the Director of Government & Public Affairs at IREX.ai, where they collaborate with governments and corporations to implement ethical AI/ML solutions for enhanced security and critical infrastructure protection. Prior to this, Manolo co-founded and held the position of Vice President at the International Network of Hearts, an organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. Manolo also worked as the Director of the Institute for Public Strategies, leading the establishment of the San Diego County Advisory Council on Human Trafficking and CSEC. Additionally, Manolo founded the ACTION Network to address domestic child sex trafficking in San Diego during their tenure as the Director of San Diego Youth Services. Throughout their career, their efforts have resulted in significant progress in the fight against human trafficking and afforded protection for vulnerable children.

Manolo Guillen has pursued a field of study in Psychology at the National University.
