Miranda Santee is a seasoned professional in the field of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) with extensive experience in the medical technology industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of CAPA at iRhythm Technologies, Inc., since April 2024, Santee previously held multiple roles at Philips, including CAPA Program Manager - Enterprise, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-wide CAPA execution, facilitating compliance with quality standards, and mentoring CAPA owners. Santee has a solid background in regulatory compliance and safety from previous roles at Boeing and in health and safety engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University.
